No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. If you wish to place a bulk order for your university, then you will need to get in touch with a member of our team with your request. 

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Please click on quote request as part of the university clothing drop down. From here you can then select your required garments, designs, colours and the quantity you would like to order. The page will then automatically generate your bulk quote for you! Simply complete the checkout process and a member of our team will be in touch to progress your order on the next phase.

Once you have placed your bulk order request, a member of our team will be in touch with the next steps available. The two options is firstly our most popular, we create a unique online store for you that you then share the link to, and customers order their own items. They can either be delivered in bulk, or shipped individually to the students. Alternatively, you can supply a list of the required items and we can process the order for you!

Yes! We have a brand new online product builder that lets you personalise your item as much as you’d like! You can select the garment, colour, size, design, university name and your own name/initial customisations. Click here to start designing now.

For single items, your order will be sent for approval, and then passed to the print team. This is normally a 3-5 working day process and orders will then be dispatched on via standard, tracked service. Bulk orders will be dispatched around 2 weeks after the shop closing date.

Yes you can. If you are purchasing a single garment, then you can add your university name as part of the design process. The online builder is a visual representation only and will not actually display the name on the screen. If you require a proof before print then please let us know (a small charge will be applicable).

We handle absolutely everything in-house. Working with our sister company—Upstream Printing—we take the process from order taking, to printing and dispatching. This ensures that the goods we supply are kept at the absolute highest standards, as well keeping our costs and carbon footprint as low as possible!

We have no minimum order, you can order just one hoodie through our new hoodie builder! However prices are reflected in the number of hoodies you order, so the more hoodies you order the cheaper the price. Use our bulk order form to enquire.

Unfortunately yes. Your bulk quote will be for one style of print as it takes a huge amount of time and effort for each print. Each garment can be personalised with initials and nicknames at an extra cost.
